Financial Aid
Student Grants And Loans
- At Springfield College of Healthcare, Management, and Technology, we believe that financial limitations should never stand in the way of your education or career aspirations. Our goal is to make quality education accessible, which is why we actively support and guide our students in applying for Government Student Grants—non-repayable financial assistance programs offered by both Federal and Provincial Governments to eligible students.
- These grants are designed to ease the financial burden of education by helping cover essential expenses such as tuition fees, textbooks, learning materials, transportation costs, and living expenses. Unlike traditional student loans, grants do not require repayment, making them an ideal form of financial support for students who qualify.
- Our knowledgeable and experienced Financial Aid Team at Springfield College of Healthcare, Management, and Technology is committed to guiding you through every step of the application process. From explaining eligibility requirements to helping you complete the necessary paperwork, we ensure you fully understand your options and feel confident throughout the process.
- Financial assistance may be available for eligible students, and we encourage you to connect with our team to explore the support options best suited to your educational journey.
- Windmill Microlending is a national charity that provides low-interest loans of up to $15,000 to help skilled immigrants and refugees restart their careers in Canada. With flexible repayment options and no hidden fees, Windmill loans make it easier to invest in your future and achieve your career goals in Canada.
- Since 2005, Windmill has helped thousands of newcomers cover the cost of credential recognition, licensing exams, and further education — the barriers that too often keep skilled professionals out of the fields they trained in. Beyond financing, clients also get access to free mentorship and coaching to help them navigate the Canadian job market with confidence.
- If you have been named a beneficiary under a family member’s Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP), you may be eligible to use those funds to support your education at Springfield College of Healthcare, Management, and Technology.
- RESP funds can help cover eligible education-related expenses once you are enrolled in a qualifying educational program. A qualifying program is defined as a course of study that runs for at least three consecutive weeks and includes a minimum of 10 hours of instruction per week.
- Upon meeting these requirements and confirming enrollment, the RESP beneficiary may become eligible to receive educational assistance payments to help finance tuition and other approved educational costs.
- Laid off? Unemployed or underemployed? Thinking about a career change or upgrading your skills?
